Client Accounting Senior Collections Analyst
The Client Accounting Senior Collections Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collections process within the legal department. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely payments and maintain strong client relationships in the Legal industry.

Description
- Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve client billing issues effectively.
- Analyze and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
- Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Generate reports and provide updates on collection progress to management.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding collections.
Profile
A successful Client Accounting Senior Collections Analyst should have:
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes in the legal services industry.
- Minimum of 8 years of client accounting, collections or related role in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience working within a legal or professional services department is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as strong analytical skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to upholding company policies and compliance standards.
