Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Charlotte
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
- Foster strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
