As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgetary goals are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and material tracking logs.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

Profile

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of success in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and documents.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus.
