Legal Recruiting Assistant
The Legal Recruiting Assistant will support the human resources department in managing recruitment processes within the business services industry. This temporary position requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to coordinate and support recruiting efforts efficiently.

Description
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews and meetings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms as needed.
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and outreach activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide additional support to the legal recruiting team as required.

Profile
A successful Legal Recruiting Assistant should have:
- Previous experience or interest in human resources or recruiting within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
