Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1-5M, including municipal and private-sector work. This role requires leading projects independently from buyout through close-out while working primarily from our Delray office.
Client Details
Our client is a growing commercial construction firm based in Delray Beach, managing a diverse portfolio of public and private projects. They offer a collaborative, stable environment with expanding project opportunities and the potential to elevate a current PM into a more senior capacity.
Description
Manage 2-3 active construction projects simultaneously.
Lead projects with minimal oversight, acting as the primary point of responsibility.
Handle full project lifecycle: buyout, subcontractor coordination, change orders, pay applications, scheduling, and cost control.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting (Procore experience preferred).
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Visit job sites occasionally within a 45-minute radius of Delray.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
Experienced commercial construction PM with exposure to both public and private projects.
Comfortable managing projects independently from start to finish.
Procore proficiency (or ability to quickly get up to speed).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Organized, proactive, and capable of handling a diverse project load.
