Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1-5M, including municipal and private-sector work. This role requires leading projects independently from buyout through close-out while working primarily from our Delray office.

Client Details

Our client is a growing commercial construction firm based in Delray Beach, managing a diverse portfolio of public and private projects. They offer a collaborative, stable environment with expanding project opportunities and the potential to elevate a current PM into a more senior capacity.

Description

• Manage 2-3 active construction projects simultaneously.

• Lead projects with minimal oversight, acting as the primary point of responsibility.

• Handle full project lifecycle: buyout, subcontractor coordination, change orders, pay applications, scheduling, and cost control.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting (Procore experience preferred).

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

• Visit job sites occasionally within a 45-minute radius of Delray.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Experienced commercial construction PM with exposure to both public and private projects.

• Comfortable managing projects independently from start to finish.

• Procore proficiency (or ability to quickly get up to speed).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of handling a diverse project load.
