Electrical Engineer | Glass Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Carlisle, PA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of plant equipment while supporting production objectives, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our client is glass manufacturing plant that primarily produces flat glass for residential and commercial construction markets.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering expertise for maintenance and installation of plant equipment.
- Lead and manage projects involving process control systems, power distribution, and equipment upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical and process control challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates and oversee project budgets.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and actively promote a culture of safety and quality.
Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, control systems, and process automation.
- Experience with computer programming for process control is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
