Our client is a mid-sized, established real estate investment firm specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity. Description

  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of LIHTC properties.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC program requirements and other applicable regulations.
  • Analyze and review property financial statements and budgets to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with property managers and partners to address operational challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and adherence to standards.
  • Provide recommendations for property improvements and investment strategies.

Profile

A successful LIHTC Asset Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations, compliance, and asset management principles.

  • Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Prior experience in affordable housing, real estate finance, or property asset management preferred.
