Description
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of LIHTC properties.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC program requirements and other applicable regulations.
- Analyze and review property financial statements and budgets to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with property managers and partners to address operational challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and compliance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and adherence to standards.
- Provide recommendations for property improvements and investment strategies.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Asset Manager should have:
Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations, compliance, and asset management principles.
Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Prior experience in affordable housing, real estate finance, or property asset management preferred.
