Construction Project Manager- Columbus Market
Superintendent opportunity with a well-established GC delivering a steady pipeline of commercial projects. This role offers long-term stability, strong field support, and the opportunity to grow into a General Superintendent.

With a focus on promoting from within, they provide the structure, mentorship, and resources needed for Superintendents to advance into senior leadership roles.
Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of site construction from project start through closeout
- Supervising and developing Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns
- Enforcing quality control and safety standards across the job site
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Maintaining daily reports, including site activity and progress photos
- Coordinating with inspectors and ensuring compliance with local codes
- Scheduling and obtaining all required inspections and occupancy approvals
Profile
The ideal Superintendent will have:
- Ground-up construction experience, preferably in K-12 or higher education
- Experience across healthcare, multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use projects is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
- Experience mentoring and developing field staff
- Solid understanding of construction processes and site operations
Job Offer
The Superintendent will be offered:
- $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
