Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of site construction from project start through closeout
• Supervising and developing Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns
• Enforcing quality control and safety standards across the job site
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Maintaining daily reports, including site activity and progress photos
• Coordinating with inspectors and ensuring compliance with local codes
• Scheduling and obtaining all required inspections and occupancy approvals

Profile

The ideal Superintendent will have:

• Ground-up construction experience, preferably in K-12 or higher education
• Experience across healthcare, multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use projects is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
• Experience mentoring and developing field staff
• Solid understanding of construction processes and site operations
