Project Manager/Estimator - Multifamily/Hospitality Projects
My client is an established general contractor/developer located in the western Chicagoland suburbs. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator that has experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects as well as has 1-5 years of conceptual estimating experience. This is a hybrid role, when you are not bidding you will be expected to work on their projects. 1-2 days work from home, competitive base salary and compensation package.

Description
- Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
- Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership
- Oversee the management of successful construction projects
- Prepare and analyze bids
- Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
- Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
- Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
- Conceptual estimating on hospitality and multifamily projects
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Experience on mid to large size projects
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers
- Preconstruction experience
- Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC
- Interpersonal communication
