My client is a small custom home builder located in Hopkinton, MA. They have projects located along the 128 belt in Boston, Back Bay, and surrounding area. Specializing in High End/ Luxury Custom Homes, this is a reputable company to join and will give you a large jump in your career.

Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
• Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover
• Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
• Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance

Profile

The Superintendent will have:

• 5+ years as a Super in custom home renovations and ground up
• Understanding of how to actually build (find this very valuable in the management of projects)
• Background in High End Residential projects
• Experience with Procore or other related construction softwares
• Bachelors Degree in construction management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
