Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor on-site teams, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain productivity under tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent skills for collaborating with architects, engineers, school district representatives, and other stakeholders.
Technology: Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and digital tools for scheduling and reporting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: OSHA 30 and PMP certification are a plus.

The Construction Project Manager - K-12 is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of school construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role manages budgets, schedules, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Description
- Manage K-12 school construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet design and construction specifications.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and on-site resources to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Monitor construction progress on-site and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals and uphold high standards of workmanship.

Profile
