Description

The Project Manager - Grocery/Self-Storage Projects - Richmond VA will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitating communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Creating detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource management.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensuring that deliverables adhere to quality standards and specifications through rigorous quality control.
  • Conducting regular status meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Guaranteeing projects are completed on time and within budget while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Profile

The Project Manager - Grocery/Self-Storage Projects - Richmond VA will have:

  • Proven success in managing projects, preferably within a related industry or environment. Holds a degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging a variety of stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate teams and promote a collaborative, positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational skills for effectively managing multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
  • Proactive in recognizing challenges and swiftly developing efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management software, tools, and industry-specific technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to guarantee successful project delivery
