Description

Estimator - Multifamily / Commercial - Weymouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Estimator with accurate project estimates and cost analysis
• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other associated costs
• Work closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure estimates align with project scope and timeline
• Review drawings and plans to ensure all potential costs are considered
• Assist with procurement processes and vendor negotiations
• Use estimation software and other tools to streamline the estimating process

Profile

Estimator - Multifamily / Commercial - Weymouth, MA - Will have

• 2-4 years of estimating experience (Assistant level) or 5-10 years (Mid-level)
• Ideally, experience in multifamily, condominium, or affordable housing, but open to other backgrounds
• Proficient with estimating software and tools (experience with Procore, Prolog, or similar is a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to commute to our office in Weymouth, MA once the new office opens in Summer 2025

Job Offer

Estimator - Multifamily / Commercial - Weymouth, MA - Will receive

• 2-4 years of experience: $75K - $90K
• 5-8 years of experience: $120K - $130K
