Superintendent - Healthcare
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent - Healthcare to oversee and manage building and construction projects within the healthcare sector. This position will require a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to lead teams effectively in Los Angeles and Orange County.

A well-established, employee-owned GC is seeking a Superintendent - Healthcare to lead complex healthcare projects across SoCal, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team leadership. Description
* Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare building and construction projects across Los Angeles and Orange County
* Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance
* Ensure strict compliance with HCAI / OSHPD requirements and inspections
* Drive a strong safety culture and maintain excellent site safety records
* Coordinate closely with PMs, owners, inspectors, and trade partners
* Mentor junior field staff and help build long-term project teams
* Take ownership of project outcomes from precon through closeout
* Join an employee-owned GC offering ESOP, stability, and long-term growth
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:
* Proven Superintendent experience on healthcare building and construction projects
* Strong working knowledge of HCAI / OSHPD standards and inspections
* Consistent track record of strong site safety and clean safety records
* Ability to lead trade partners, inspectors, and field teams effectively
* Experience managing schedules, site logistics, and fast‑paced environments
* Long-term mindset with interest in growth, ownership, and team culture
