The Special Projects Manager will oversee and manage a variety of specialized projects within the construction department, ensuring timely and quality delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project life-cycle.
Profile
- Minimum 7 years experience in project management within the commercial construction
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
