Construction Project Manager - Commercial Projects up to $20M
As the Commercial Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of construction projects up to roughly $20M. Your responsibilities will include project planning, financial management, and stakeholder communications. Please apply within for immediate consideration.
Client Details
Our client has been in business for more than three decades. They pride themselves on having a great market reputation and have a large amount of repeat business. With a full pipeline heading into 2024 and 2025 they are looking to add a skilled Project Manager to their team. The projects range in size and scope and can be anything from a small half-million dollar fit out to a ground-up multi-million dollar build.
Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will be responsible for:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality standards. -
Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasting. Maintain cost control while optimizing resource allocation to maximize project profitability. -
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success. -
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure projects remain on track. -
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. -
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure that team members are motivated and aligned with project goals.
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will posses the following skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager in construction, managing projects up to $20 million
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project demands
