Sitework Project Manager - Self Peform - Established GC
The Sitework Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects within the property industry, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate all sitework activities effectively.

Description
The Sitework Project Manager will:
- Manage all phases of sitework construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Oversee site safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Profile
A successful Sitework Project Manager should have:
- Experience in managing construction projects within the civil, sitework and/or utilities space
- Strong understanding of sitework operations and safety standards.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
