Sitework Project Manager - Commercial GC - West of Boston
The Sitework Project Manager will oversee and manage construction sitework operations within the property industry. This role requires a skilled professional to coordinate all aspects of sitework projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Description
The Sitework Project Manager will:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all sitework activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise and support the sitework team to achieve project goals effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.

Profile
A successful Sitework Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in construction sitework management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- A proactive approach to managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
