The Sitework Project Manager will oversee and manage construction sitework operations within the property industry. This role requires a skilled professional to coordinate all aspects of sitework projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Description

The Sitework Project Manager will:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all sitework activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise and support the sitework team to achieve project goals effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.

Profile

A successful Sitework Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in construction sitework management within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• A proactive approach to managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
