Description

The Sitework Project Manager will:

• Manage all phases of sitework construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee site safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Profile

A successful Sitework Project Manager should have:

• Experience in managing construction projects within the civil, sitework and/or utilities space
• Strong understanding of sitework operations and safety standards.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
