Regional Sales Manager - Southeast - Clean Energy

Description
erritory Development & Sales Growth
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across key industrial markets in the Southeastern US
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand territory revenue and market presence
Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
Customer Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as a consultative partner
Serve as the primary regional contact-understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Partner with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to align on sales goals and customer needs
Coordinate with agents and reps in the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and growth
Sales Metrics & Reporting
Track pipeline activity, opportunity progress, and performance metrics through CRM systems
Regularly report on territory performance, customer engagement, and market trends
Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in territory or regional sales within the industrial equipment space
Proven track record in business development, ideally within power generation, petrochemical, or custom-engineered systems
Experience managing a large geographic territory and working independently
Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving
Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time throughout the region
