Description

• Manage end-to-end attorney recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate the firm's summer associate program, including planning events, evaluations, and mentoring initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal search firms, and professional organizations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify trends.
• Serve as a resource for candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in legal recruiting, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and attorney recruitment best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
