Join a prestigious law firm as a Legal Recruiter, managing attorney recruitment in Midtown Manhattan. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) focuses on attorney recruitment, summer associate programs, and lateral hiring, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Description
- Manage end-to-end attorney recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate the firm's summer associate program, including planning events, evaluations, and mentoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal search firms, and professional organizations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Serve as a resource for candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
Profile
- 4+ years of experience in legal recruiting, preferably within a law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and attorney recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
