Description

Quality Manager responsibilities:

  • Working on the floor with production
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage documentation related to quality procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Oversee supplier quality management, including evaluating and approving suppliers.
  • Train and support staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Report on quality metrics and performance to management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Profile

Successful Quality Engineer:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • WORKING WITH PRODUCTION
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Ability to manage supplier quality, including evaluation and approval processes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and related documentation.
