The Senior Tax Specialist will review all tax allocations for hedge and private equity funds. This individual will collaborate with fund accounting, investor relations. and legal & operations teams.

Our client is a global investment firm that manages over $40 Billion of capital across various investment vehicles.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Specialist include the following:

  • Tax compliance for all hedge and private equity funds
  • Review of federal and sate partnership and corporate tax returns
  • Collaboration with various teams on process improvements

Profile

The ideal Senior Tax Specialist will possess the following qualities:

  • 5+ years of tax experience within public accounting or a concentration in hedge fund/private equity tax
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree / CPA preferred
  • Leadership
