Manufacturing Engineer | Precision CNC

Description
- Manage the machining process, including selecting/designing workholding, CAM programming, and simulation.
- Collaborate with quality control (QC) teams to ensure proper inspection processes are in place.
- Provide technical support to shop floor personnel during part launches and throughout the production process.
- Implement LEAN methodologies to drive cost savings & efficiency improvements
- Work in SolidWorks/CAD software for design of custom tooling/fixtures
Profile
- Proficiency with Mastercam for 5-axis milling.
- Experience designing complex workholding solutions for challenging parts.
- Strong knowledge of modern cutting tool and toolholding systems.
- Proficient in reading Blueprints and applying GD&T.
- Experience working with hard metals.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Vericut experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Solidworks or other equivalent CAD software is a plus.
- Mill/Turn experience is a plus.
- A proven track record demonstrating the required skills and experience is highly preferred.
Job Offer
- Base salary $95,000 - $120,000 based on level of experience
- Annual cash bonus incentive based on company performance
- 3 Weeks PTO + 2 floating holidays
- 6% 401k match
