Description
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver on project objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering goals with company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Profile
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
