Project Manager - Charlotte

A growing Southeast general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a new $30M Animal Care & Control Adoption Center in Charlotte. This role offers significant autonomy, ESOP participation, and the opportunity to help establish and grow the company's Carolinas presence.

Description

• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground‑up projects
• Experience with site work and $20M+ project sizes
• Preference for candidates with light industrial backgrounds
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to operate autonomously

Job Offer

Base salary: $110k to $140k
