Description

• BIG projects and exposure to underwriting and acquisitions.
• Manage tenant-in-place property development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet established objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other partners to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Senior Tenant In Place Development PM should have:

• A strong background in property development and project management with tenant in place affordable housing expeirnece and any NYCHA PACT experence would be ideal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to mitigate risks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality results.
