Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer

My client are a leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction, and they're seeking 1-2 Project Engineers to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects and collaborate with industry experts in a dynamic environment.

My client are a local Seattle based General Contractor with an excellent market reputation. Their projects typically range in size and include a variety of different sector projects.

Description

• Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of project reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. (Or industry experience equivalent)
• Experience in commercial construction or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Offer

$85,000-$110,000 depending on experience and level.

(Both Project and Senior Project Engineer roles available, depending on experience)
