Regional Safety Manager

We are seeking a qualified Regional Safety Manager to oversee and manage safety protocols across our construction sites. This role is integral in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees in the construction industry.

Description

• Implement and manage safety protocols across multiple construction sites
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide safety training and education to staff
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to enhance safety performance
• Investigate safety incidents and provide corrective action plans
• Prepare safety reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay updated with the latest safety regulations in the construction industry
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure safety standards are understood and followed

Profile

A successful 'Regional Safety Manager' should have:

• 7+ years of safety experience including 3+ in direct supervisory experience
• A strong knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
• Experience in managing safety protocols across multiple construction sites
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with staff at all levels
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a culture of safety
• The ability to conduct safety audits and provide corrective action plans
