Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing automotive parts manufacturer, is heavily investing in new technology and top talent to support their expansion. A major focus of this investment is strengthening their quality engineering team. They are currently seeking two experienced Quality Engineers to join their flagship facility.

They are seeking two experienced Quality Engineers to join their team at their flagship facility.
Description
- Maintain consistent compliance with IATF 16949
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters
- Initiate and coordinate follow-up activity on Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR) specifically using 8D methodolgy
- Coordinate activity related to Claims and Non-Conforming Product including processing the required internal and external documentation
- Review Heat Treatment nonconformances and disposition for retesting or reprocessing
- Review Material Test Reports for compliance to order specifications and submit to customers
- Log quality related data such as nonconformances and first pass quality into QA databases
- Generate quality reports and update monthly key performance indicators (KPI) data
- Prepare First Article/Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission packages

Profile
- At least 2 years of quality assurance
- Knowledge of PPAPs and 8D
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Sponsorship not provided
Job Offer
- Salary upwards of $90,000
- Blue Cross Blue Shield HC (Medical, Vision, Dental)
