Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of high-end residential construction.

Our client is a respected general contractor based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, specializing in ultra high-end custom homes and luxury interior renovations throughout Fairfield County. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction, and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive success on current and future projects.
Description
As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead and manage new construction and interior renovation projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor performance.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Profile
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in ultra high-end residential construction and interior renovations.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
