Description

• Lead all phases of construction for a high-end, confidential luxury project
• Manage schedules, budgets, consultants, and subcontractors to exacting standards
• Coordinate closely with ownership, designers, and senior field leadership
• Navigate the operational sensitivity and discretion required in private club environments
• Ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout delivery

Profile

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential and luxury construction projects
• Background managing complex builds with multiple uses and sophisticated finishes
• Strong understanding of private or country club operational environments
• Polished communicator with the professionalism expected by high-net-worth clients
