The employer is a boutique luxury general contractor specializing in high-end residential estates and select mixed-use projects across South Florida. Founded approximately five years ago, the firm generates roughly $25M annually, operates with a highly experienced team, and is known for hands-on leadership, refined execution, and exceptional attention to detail.Description
- Lead all phases of construction for a high-end, confidential luxury project
- Manage schedules, budgets, consultants, and subcontractors to exacting standards
- Coordinate closely with ownership, designers, and senior field leadership
- Navigate the operational sensitivity and discretion required in private club environments
- Ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout delivery
Profile
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential and luxury construction projects
- Background managing complex builds with multiple uses and sophisticated finishes
- Strong understanding of private or country club operational environments
- Polished communicator with the professionalism expected by high-net-worth clients
