Description
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, reporting into senior operational leadership and acting as the primary point of contact on site.- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to leadership
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes
Profile
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a contracting or construction environment
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum on site
- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to be site‑based as required
Job Offer
- Base salary: $110,000 - $145,000
