Workstation System Engineer

Candidate will support vulnerability remediation and patch management across Windows and virtual desktop environments using SCCM, scripting, and infrastructure tools, ensuring secure and compliant workstation operations. This role is W2 only, hybrid in NYC, and long term contract!

Description

• Manage and support workstation systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain system updates, patches, and security measures.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of workstation technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the deployment of new workstation systems and related technologies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
