Construction - Superintendant - Meriden, CT
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a thriving construction firm with a robust project pipeline through 2026. This is a long-term role offering exciting opportunities across diverse project types, including public works, multi-family, and mixed-use developments.

Description
- Coordinate and supervise trade contractors and site activities to ensure quality and timely project completion.
- Maintain daily logs, job meeting minutes, as-built documents, and close-out records.
- Address and resolve construction challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead weekly progress meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold quality control and safety procedures.
Profile
- 10+ years of supervisory experience in construction, with a background in both commercial and multi-family projects preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $25M in scope.
- Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite; basic layout and scheduling skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.
