OFAC Sanctions Consultant
The OFAC Sanctions Consultant will provide expertise in sanctions compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. This temporary role requires an individual who can deliver focused legal and compliance support effectively.

Description
- Provide guidance on Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on sanctions-related matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes affecting OFAC compliance.
- Review and resolve potential sanctions screening alerts and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues effectively.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on sanctions compliance matters.

Profile
A successful OFAC Sanctions Consultant should have:
- Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations and sanctions compliance in the financial services industry.
- Background in legal or compliance roles, with a focus on regulatory adherence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required
- CAMS certified is a plus but not required
