Description

• Oversee project site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and APMs/PEs for seamless execution.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, enforce safety protocols, and inspect work quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Plangrid, Procore, and Newforma to maintain documentation, track project progress, and communicate with all stakeholders.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent, with a proven track record managing projects in the $10M-$40M range. Experience with base building, tilt-wall, and tenant improvement (TI) projects is preferred
• Project Portfolio: Hands-on experience with diverse project types, including medical offices, SCIF spaces, industrial warehouses, spec suites, and other high-stakes commercial construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management software such as Plangrid, Procore, and Newforma to manage project documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholder
• Subcontractor Management: Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, oversee scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high-quality standards on site.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing teams, troubleshooting site issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Credentials: OSHA 30 certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.
