Description

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop competitive bid proposals.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and market trends.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and update project budgets to reflect actual costs and changes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the estimation process.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the estimation team.
