Superintendent - Lab and Life Science Building

The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects within the lab and life science space, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Description

• Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other team members.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within financial constraints.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
