Description
- Manage and deliver multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Drive coordination between internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Operate as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving any project-related issues.
- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Run daily operations on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes by enforcing stringent quality control measures and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and subcontracts, ensuring financial goals are met.
Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
-extensive experience in commercial construction project management, particularly within the design-build model.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- A background in managing commercial projects in the Waterbury, CT area is highly preferred.
