Description

• Manage and deliver multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Drive coordination between internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Operate as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving any project-related issues.
• Create and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Run daily operations on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes by enforcing stringent quality control measures and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Profile
