Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre‑construction through closeout
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for public and commercial builds
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee project documentation, progress reports, and forecasting
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality assurance
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively
• Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in public and commercial construction
• Strong understanding of public procurement, bidding, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• PMP certification is a plus
