- The ideal candidate will have at least 5-15 years of experience in construction project management, architecture, mechanical engineering design, construction management and/or consulting• Education: Bachelor's degree required; AIA Registered Stamp, PE, Construction Supervisor credentials, and/or formal credit training is a plus
• Experience in construction project management with a track record of overseeing multiple projects, each ranging up to $10M
• Preferred to have someone with commercial TI experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Sage 300
• Required to have completed OSHA 10/30
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail: strong presentational, interpersonal and communication skills: highly motivated with strong independent work ethic and ability to operate under tight timelines
• Ability to lead or have led teams, extremely important

Project Manager - Commercial TI - San Francisco (Hybrid)
The Project Manager will help service clients in the commercial TI space, offering up their market knowledge and guaranteeing that their clients remain in control. They will serve as extensions of their clients and deliver exceptional projects through continued passion and enthusiasm.
Client Details
My client is an owner's representative for construction consulting services dedicated to a wide array of development sectors. With offices around the country, they manage billions annually in construction volume across the US. They look to partner with key experienced CRE's, owners and management teams to deliver on their vision to create world class work environments. Description
- Strong use of MS Excel - budget management, and MS Project with deep understanding of construction logic REQUIRED
- Develop & support project plans and schedules that represent the appropriate level of detail and task interdependency.
- Compile and analyze data and develop summary reports/presentations.
- Develop project budgets and update, as required. Develop summary reports and analysis on risk and the associated mitigation of those cost and schedule risks.
- Development and update of project plans governing communication, risk, roles and responsibilities, etc.
- Development and distribution of project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, action item logs, etc. to project stakeholders and communication to support the cadence needed to keep project goals successful.
- Research appropriate technologies and apply technical knowledge to ensure effective delivery of project requirements.
