We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established general contractor specializing in commercial interiors. Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial interior projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure estimates meet project goals.
• Participate in bid proposals, value engineering, and procurement planning.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost records.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction, specifically in interiors.
• Proficiency with estimating software and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• A proven track record of successfully preparing estimates for high-quality projects.
