Construction Estimator - Queens, NY
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established general contractor specializing in commercial interiors. This role is based in Queens, NY, and offers the chance to work on high-profile projects with a company known for its stability, autonomy, and commitment to employee well-being.

Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial interior projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure estimates meet project goals.
- Participate in bid proposals, value engineering, and procurement planning.
- Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost records.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction, specifically in interiors.
- Proficiency with estimating software and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- A proven track record of successfully preparing estimates for high-quality projects.
