Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, labs, and medical offices.
• Analyze blueprints, project specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop competitive bids.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, labor rates, and material pricing in the healthcare construction sector.

Profile

• 5+ years of estimating experience in healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of hospital and medical facility builds, including MEP-heavy projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as OST, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
