The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the A/V industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth in B2B markets. This role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients.

The client is a well-established leader in the technology industry, specializing in providing advanced audio-visual (A/V) solutions to commercial enterprises. The company is known for its innovative approach, delivering cutting-edge A/V systems that enhance business communication, collaboration, and presentation capabilities.
Description
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market with advanced A/V solutions, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial sector, focusing on industries such as corporate, education, healthcare, and government.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the A/V space to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven adjustments to optimize sales efforts.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms and successful implementation of A/V solutions for clients.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that sales efforts are supported by effective marketing campaigns and innovative product offerings.
Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in the audio-visual (A/V) industry, with a strong focus on selling to commercial companies.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level executives.
Technical Acumen: In-depth understanding of A/V technologies and solutions, including their application in commercial environments.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
