Description

The Project Manager - Federal Construction will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards on all project sites.
  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and partners to support long-term collaboration.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Federal Construction should have:

  • Proven experience managing federal construction projects from start to finish.
  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Proven background in federal construction highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
