Benefits & Payroll Senior Associate - Hybrid NYC - Up to $110K
Exciting opportunity to join a global, prominent bank in their New York City office 4 days a week. The team is looking to add a Senior Benefits & Payroll Associate to support their US offices. The role will entail managing daily operations of benefits management and compensation.
Client Details
The client is a prominent global bank with offices across the United States. This position will be joining the HR Benefits team in their Manhattan office.
Description
- Assist in the communication and administration of HR leave policies.
- Assist with coordinating leaves of absence, including FMLA, PFL, and medical leave.
- Lead the annual benefits plan design, open enrollment process, and related communications.
- Manage relationships with benefit vendors, ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Analyze changes to state and federal benefits laws and advise HR management on necessary adjustments.
- Prepare RTO presentations for management and communicate updates bank-wide.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.
