Office Interiors Superintendent - Hartford, CT
The Office Interiors Superintendent oversees all on‑site activities for commercial interior build‑out projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role leads subcontractors, coordinates trades, and drives successful delivery in occupied and non‑occupied office environments.

Description
- Manage daily field operations for commercial office interiors projects
- Oversee TI build‑outs, renovations, and phased/occupied‑space construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedules
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and company procedures
- Plan and manage sequencing, logistics, and short‑interval schedules
- Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate field execution
- Lead subcontractor meetings and work closely with Project Managers
- Resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and punch‑list items
- Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and as‑built documentation

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial office interiors projects
- Strong knowledge of interiors construction, MEP coordination, and finishes
- Experience working in fast‑track and occupied‑building environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- Detail‑oriented, safety‑driven, and schedule‑focused field professional
- Ability to deliver high‑quality projects in client‑facing environments
