Description

• Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project expectations are met.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
