FP&A Analyst - Law Firm
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and experience in the legal/professional services industry.

Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage financial plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst - Law Firm should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in the business services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
