FP&A Analyst - Law Firm

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills and experience in the legal/professional services industry.

Description

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage financial plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst - Law Firm should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working in the business services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
