Description

• Cost Estimating: Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.

• Documentation: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids.

• Project Management: Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing and scope information.

• Team Leadership: Support senior estimators and project managers during preconstruction and bidding phases.

• Quality Control: Maintain organized bid documentation and follow up on submitted proposals.

• Client-Facing: Participate in internal bid reviews and client presentations as needed.

Profile

• 1+ years of estimating experience, ideally with a commercial general contractor.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, scopes of work, and bid processes.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

• Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working onsite in Morristown, NJ five days a week.
